You can report complaints regarding:
- Inaccurate or misleading information
- Privacy concerns or data breaches
- Unauthorized use of content
- Technical issues or access problems
- Objectionable or inappropriate content
- Copyright or intellectual property violations
- Service quality or user experience issues
How to File a Grievance
Step 1: Send detailed complaint to ipogmpindia@gmail.com including:
- Your name and contact information
- Nature of grievance with specific details
- Supporting documents or screenshots (if applicable)
- Expected resolution
Step 2: Acknowledgment
- You will receive acknowledgment within 24-48 hours
- Unique complaint reference number will be assigned
Step 3: Investigation
- Grievance will be investigated thoroughly
- Additional information may be requested from you
Step 4: Resolution
- We aim to resolve grievances within 30 days
- Resolution status will be communicated via email
- If resolution requires more time, you will be informed
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution:
- Request escalation to senior management
- Provide reasons for dissatisfaction
- We will review and respond within 15 days
External Remedies
If still not satisfied, you may approach:
- Consumer courts under Consumer Protection Act
- Cyber crime authorities for legal violations
- SEBI (for capital market related issues)
- Relevant regulatory authorities
No Grievance for Investment Outcomes
Please Note: This grievance mechanism does NOT cover:
- Investment losses or stock market losses
- IPO allotment or non-allotment issues (contact registrars)
- Stock price movements or market fluctuations
- Disagreement with information presented (subject to accuracy)
