About the Role
This is a senior leadership role for the Corporate FP&A Cross-Border Lead, responsible for a broad range of financial planning and analytics including multi-year outlooks, budgeting, and executive-level reporting. The Senior Finance Manager will be heavily involved in the preparation of internal and external reporting for VAS (Value Added Services) and CMS (Commercial & Money Movement Solutions) revenue streams.
A critical requirement for success in this role is promoting a One Visa mindset — building strong cross-functional relationships, converting complex financial outputs into clear business insights, and driving tangible benefits through effective communication and challenge.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and influence senior finance leaders across global and regional teams, delivering budget, forecast, and multi-year strategic outlooks for VAS and CMS
- Drive the business unit FP&A planning agenda, performing financial and business performance assessments in close partnership with Business Unit teams and regional partners
- Embed P&L thinking into decision-making and provide succinct messaging for the CFO, quantifying financial impacts of risks and opportunities across reporting and planning cycles
- Coordinate inputs from various stakeholders on revenue reporting, driving monthly and quarterly Scorecard and BAU reviews
- Deliver timely and accurate financial management reporting with insightful analysis of key trends, business risks, and opportunities — including actionable recommendations
- Maintain detailed knowledge of VAS and CMS business drivers and their alignment to Visa’s overall global business strategy
- Strengthen collaboration and partnership with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring synergies and coordinated efforts across groups
- Lead and deliver cross-functional and process enhancement projects where VAS and CMS FP&A is a key stakeholder — from ideation and planning through to execution
- Conduct competitive analysis on VAS and CMS performance throughout earnings cycles and establish benchmarks against industry leaders across Visa portfolios
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, OR
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with an Advanced Degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD), OR
- 2+ years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 9+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, OR 7+ years with an Advanced Degree, OR 3+ years with a PhD
- Graduate or undergraduate degree and/or finance-related professional accreditation such as CPA, CFA, CIMA, ACA, or ACCA
- Ten years of progressive finance experience, preferably in a global publicly listed or government-regulated payments company
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to resolve complex business problems through well-structured analysis
- Highly strategic mindset combined with strong business acumen
- Strong critical thinking skills to connect the dots and approach issue resolution with a forward-looking view
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — written, oral, listening, and presentation — with the ability to interact at all levels as a thought partner
- Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks with strong judgment, organisational skills, and independence
- Ability to set the tone and provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff

Salary & Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $149,800 – $240,100 USD per year
- Eligible for performance bonus and equity
- Potential sales incentive payments where applicable
- Salary varies based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location
