JPMorganChase is hiring an Executive Director for Operations, Product for Ops Finance & Location Strategy, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. About the Role
As Executive Director, you will play a critical leadership role overseeing financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across product and operations portfolios. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide insight into financial results and drive operational improvements at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- You will oversee financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across product and operations portfolios, while providing clear narrative and insight into financial results, including the drivers of performance, risks, and opportunities.
- A major part of this role involves leading end-to-end transformation initiatives, leveraging automation, data, and emerging technologies to modernize processes and enable scalable growth. You will also partner with Operations and Real Estate stakeholders to ensure effective deployment of resources.

- Driving operational excellence will be a key focus area, including identifying opportunities to improve productivity, standardizing processes, and enhancing resiliency. You will build strong partnerships with CFOs, Ops Product Heads, Operations leaders, and other functional stakeholders.
- This role also requires leading, developing, and inspiring a large, multi-level team spanning Analysts through VPs across multiple disciplines. You will be responsible for driving talent strategy, succession planning, and capability building, particularly in analytics, automation, and strategic thinking.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Candidates must have 15 or more years of experience in Finance, Operations, Strategy, or Business Management within a global financial institution. A proven ability to partner with CFOs and senior executives, influencing strategic decisions, is essential. Candidates should also possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, along with executive-level communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
An advanced degree such as an MBA, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Experience in Operations, Location Strategy, or Corporate Real Estate/Workplace Strategy will be a plus. Exposure to data and digital transformation, including automation, advanced analytics, and AI/ML, is also preferred.

The Global Finance & Business Management team works to strategically manage capital, drive growth and efficiencies, maintain financial reporting, and proactively manage risk. By providing information, analysis, and recommendations to improve results and drive decisions, the team ensures the company can navigate all types of market conditions while protecting its fortress balance sheet.
