Connecting consumers, merchants, financial institutions, and governments through the most innovative and secure payments network, Visa is driven by one purpose — to uplift everyone, everywhere by being the best way to pay and be paid.
About the Role
This Senior Manager role sits on Visa’s Deal Finance Team — a high-visibility finance function responsible for providing financial analysis and deal pricing expertise to compete for and win client network decisions. The team supports Visa’s largest and most complex global deals, with direct exposure to executive leadership.
This specific role focuses on Global Deals — cross-regional, high-stakes commercial opportunities with Big Tech and global clients, with a focus on acceptance-related negotiations. You will serve as a key finance partner to Global Account Executives and the Global Deals team, contributing rigorous financial modelling, scenario analysis, and executive-ready recommendations that directly shape deal strategy and outcomes.
The ideal candidate is technically strong in modelling and commercial finance, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and highly effective with senior stakeholders — able to stand firm constructively and drive alignment across teams with strong, sometimes conflicting views.

- Drive end-to-end financial analysis for global deals including structuring client and Visa negotiated commitments and associated pricing
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models covering Visa P&L, projected cash flows, and amortisation schedules

Cross-Functional & Cross-Regional Partnership
- Work closely with the Global Deals team to align analysis, storyline, and deal materials and support development of executive-level presentations
- Partner with regional finance and pricing teams when market-level incentives are required, ensuring local inputs are incorporated into overall deal economics
- Actively contribute to deal structuring discussions, helping reconcile financial, strategic, and operational perspectives across stakeholders and regions
Operational Excellence
